La soledad

Cuántas veces se siente uno tan solo... ¿Quién nos ayuda a superar nuestros problemas? La separación le dejó aislado y su vida nunca volvió a ser como antes. Los hijos crecen y toman su rumbo y uno queda perdido.

La soledad es inevitable, porque hay circunstancias que sólo pueden desarrollarse en soledad. Sin embargo estar solo y sentirse solo son cosas muy diferentes. No es necesario estar aislado de otras personas para sentirse en soledad. La depresión, el egoísmo al que nos lleva nuestros problemas, la incomprensión nos encaminan, muchas veces, a este sentimiento tan negativo.

Cuando uno se encuentra bien, no importa llegar a casa y estar solo, porque se siente acompañado de todas sus relaciones y sus compromisos. Vivir solo puede ser una buena opción de vida, pero no puede hacerse si no gozamos de unas buenas relaciones sociales, si no gozamos de una buena salud social.

Si estás en esta espiral de soledad, de tristeza, si sientes que a los demás les sonríe la vida y a ti te da la espalda, tal vez sea el momento en el que sea conveniente tomar un paso. El psicoanálisis puede ayudarte a ser un sujeto social, activar tus energías, poner en marcha tus proyectos, para que tú también le sonrías a la vida.

Ni huír ni arremeter contra nada.

 

Aprender a conversar tranquilamente eso nos enseña el amor.
